Why is the rating so low?
Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. In our messages, we were informed at the last moment that there was no BBQ at all. The host even suggested that we could bring our own barbecue, which clearly shows that the listing was misleading. When I asked, “Are you denying the information on the website?” I was told that the website may be misleading. As a result, 2 kg of meat was wasted.
I’ve stayed in various hotels — from 5-star to 2-star — so my expectations were not high. However, this level of misinformation feels extremely unprofessional.
When we arrived, several devices did not work. We wrote to the host, and although he eventually came and turned everything on, there were still no instructions and not even a Wi-Fi password provided.
There was no kitchen. It was not even possible to wash a plate. Even washing your face in the bathroom sink was difficult.
In the corners I noticed spider webs, which made the place feel poorly cleaned.
The listing also stated that milk would be provided, but it wasn’t.
The hot tub didn’t work properly either. It was extremely noisy, and when we tried to turn it off because we couldn’t sleep, it was impossible.
In the end, the only positive thing was a friendly cat that greeted us.
I am giving one star only because of the cat.
