Entrance Porch:
The tiled floor of the porch is the ideal place to leave muddy boots, and there are two rows of coat hooks for wet weather gear.

This picture-perfect room has flagstone floors, ceiling beams and a wood-burning stove in the original fireplace. A comfy three-seater sofa, matching armchair and an upholstered ottoman beneath the window offers plenty of seating and there's a Smart TV with streaming services for entertainment. Bookshelves in the chimney alcoves provide a little light reading. It's a room that just invites you to relax and unwind.

Closest to the house is a stylish decked area with an elegant outside dining set. It's a really lovely space for relaxing and just listening to the sounds of birdsong. Beyond this is the garden room and then beyond this, the rest of the enclosed garden, which is laid to lawn. There is no allocated parking for the cottage but on-street parking is freely available at the front of the property.
