Tranquille Vienne Gîtes features three charming gîtes on a peaceful estate with a heated pool, large garden and lovely views of the Charente countryside. Perfect for couples or families seeking relaxation, nature and authentic French charm.

Also available for longer rentals during your house hunting



🏡 Atmospheric Outdoor Living
The gîte features a covered terrace with a cozy seating area, perfect for enjoying the evening sun with a good glass of wine.
Ideal for romantic summer evenings or relaxing moments with family and friends.
There’s also a barbecue, and the covered terrace provides both shade and safety – perfect for families with children.

From the terrace, you enter the spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sitting area.

🍳 Comfort & Convenience
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave, and Nespresso machine.

On the ground floor you’ll find two bedrooms – pleasantly cool in summer:

One with a double bed (180 x 200) or two single beds

One with two single beds (90 x 200)

All beds have box springs and new mattresses for optimal sleeping comfort.
There’s also an extra toilet.

The spacious bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.

🌞 Outdoor Space & Relaxation
All three gîtes share a large communal lawn with parasols and sun loungers.
There’s plenty of entertainment for young and old alike:

There’s also a quiet corner with seating – perfect for reading a book in the sun.

For our youngest guests, a baby bed, high chair, and stair gate are available free of charge upon request.

Of course, you are welcome to use our heated swimming pool (9.4 x 4 m, 1.5 m deep) – perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing afternoon by the water.

Please note: the gîte is not suitable for guests with limited mobility!!!!!!!!!!!!,
but otherwise offers every comfort for a carefree stay.

From our gîtes, you can head straight into nature – wonderful walking and cycling trails lead you along rivers, forests, and picturesque villages.

Exideuil (2 km): pharmacy, post office, bar, restaurant, and a beautiful church. You can also go kayaking on the River Vienne (with or without a guide).

Chabanais (6 km): a lively village with several restaurants, cafés, a large supermarket (Super U), and an ATM.

Confolens (15 km): a charming riverside town with lovely shops, cafés, and restaurants. Don’t miss the historic bridges and local festivals.

Saint-Junien: a larger town in Haute-Vienne with great shopping and a typical French atmosphere.
