“The staff were lovely, the room was clean but the hotel was tired. The meal times advertised were not kept to. We wanted an evening meal on the Sunday. The times advertised were 5.30 - 7.45, but when we asked we were told the kitchen closed at 5 on Sunday. Breakfast was good. The hotel served our needs and was not terrible but we thought it expensive for the facilities offered and would not visit again.”

“We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus!
Check in / check out was swift and efficient.
Just a couple of minus points:-

“Very nice building, in a central position. You can easily walk to all the destinations in Wrexham and/or easily get to the train station and bus station. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, perfectly cooked and served. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Hugely recommended if you’re planning to visit Wrexham.”

“It was easy to self check in and the room had everything needed for a great stay including the breakfast box. We took the dog with us and the room was ideal with plenty of room for us. We didn't see any staff as all the information was sent via phone. The staff member I spoke to on the phone to add the dog was very helpful and efficient. Lovely place to stay.”
