“Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità, molto curato dal titolare. Comoda la connessione internet, ma solo nella hall. Ottimo il ristorante sia per la qualità (cucina al momento) che per la ampia scelta. Proprio davanti ferma il bus che porta all'aeroporto (ma solo nelle ore diurne). Ci tornerei.”

“Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver.”

“Check in was complicated, took a long time there.. and instead of one person copying your passport and takes your signature they need 3 young people with smartphone and all sort of apps and websites.. they told us check in time is in 2pm we came at 3pm and it still wasn't ready. Heavy cigarette smell inside the room and the "hot water" in the shower was chill.. besides all that i can say that the roof is really nice it has cool sitting area, and billiard table, we met some really nice people...

“Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail”

“My request for a ground-floor room (or) one close to the lift was not even sent to the hotel (according to the hotel manager). The property was not convenient for parking our car and there were too many mosquitoes.”
