Fijn dat ons personeel een positieve indruk heeft gemaakt en dat u het zwembad naar wens heeft gevonden.Onze excuses voor het eventuele ongemak veroorzaakt door de onderhoudsproblemen in de villa en het ongeïnspireerde terras. Our staff according to the vast majority of our clients are friendly and helpful. Helios bay hotel is located between the two central places in Paphos. Coral Bay and Paphos harbour. There is a bus stop just outside our hotel and buses run every 10-15 minutes. Access in both places is very easy. The Ticket is euro 1.5 each way and taxi is euro 10.

You have stayed only 2 nights in our hotel and you had problem with the 2 euro you for the safe and wi-fi. You have booked the last available room with special offer and we expected more respect. We didn’t understand what did you expected from our hotel. When you take the key from fob the fridge is working. If you didn’t know how to work the fridge it was better to ask our reception. It seems that you have little knowledge and experience how the hotels are working. We are very sorry for any inconvenience we have created but you should select the hotel suitable for your needs. The greatest majority of our customers have different opinion from you.
