Tutto era come ce lo aspettavamo pulito e gradevole X il trasfer from/to airport abbiamo utilizzato l’iro servizio ... ottimo.. la colazione era negli standard ricordiamoci che siamo in Thailandia e chi sceglie questo btq hotel vuole anche spendere il giusto Lo consiglio a chi vuol passare un periodo di relax lama stanza era pulita e come da foto ... 625 Prenotate!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come prima metà della nostra vacanza con il nostro bimbo di 1 anno per la vicinanza alla spiaggia e perché disponeva di alcune camere con la piscina privata. Non potendo passare tutta la giornata al mare speravamo di poterci rilassare nella nostra piscinetta. La prima stanza che ci è stata assegnata aveva la piscina decisamente sporca per via del motore rotto ( di sicuro l’hotel ne era al corrente) ed era molto umida visto che per tutto il giorno non batteva il sole, quindi anche in bagno c’era perennemente cattivo odore, nonostante le lamentele la situazione della piscina non è cambiata come nemmeno il livello di pulizia del pavimento della camera, quindi chiediamo di cambiare camera. Dopo due giorni finalmente riusciamo ad avere una camera decente: la piscina è più pulita e finalmente batte il sole quindi la situazione è un po’ migliorata. Colazione buona con english breakfast preparato al momento con rapidità, selezione di frutta fresca e brioche vuote e qualche muffin. Tre stelle perché nonostante il prezzo della camera fosse il doppio di una standard room, il personale non ha avuto il minimo ripensamento ad assegnare una camera con dei problemi così evidenti, secondo me non è professionale ne corretto. Quindi attenzione alle camere nel complesso 6.

bell' hotel a due passi dal mare
la camera e' bella, spaziosa e sopratutto luminosa.. con terrazzino per stendere proprio sopra la piscina chi alloggia al piano terra puo' buttarsi in piscina direttamente dal balconcino della stanza abbiamo trovato gia' in camera gli asciugamani la stuoia la borsa con lo scopino x la spiaggia ottima e abbondante la colazione sia salata che dolce, vicino al mare ... basta attraversare la strada pulito, completo ... ottimo x Surin beach

Ein relativ neues und sauberes Hotel. Servicepersonal ist sehr nett. Frühstück hatten wir nicht ausprobiert. Der Hacken war das Zimmer, wo wir zuerst untergebracht waren. Es war im Untergeschoss und klein, aber selbst damit konnten wir noch leben. Der Schimmelgeruch hat uns sehr belastet. Nach mehrmaligem Beschweren haben wir nach 2 Tagen ein anderes Zimmer im Obergeschoss bekommen und es war sogar etwas größer und hatte keinen unangenehmen Geruch. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, daß solche Zimmer für die Gäste angeboten werden. Ich vermute, dass die wenigen Zimmer, die sich im Untergeschoss befinden, haben durch hoche Luftfeuchtigkeit und wenig Durchluftung alle solche Probleme. Dann lieber sowas gar nicht anzubieten um die Ärger mit den Gästen zu ersparen. Es hat uns in den letzten Urlaubstagen die Stimmung vermiesen.

An amazing hotel experience!!
An AMAZING hotel experience! I’ve travelled quite a lot with many experiences, but we loved everything about this hotel! The excellent service the staff provided stood out the most to us- always on their toes, superhelpful and caring! We always felt seen and welcomed. The hotel area is so pretty and gives off a nice surfer-friendly, luxurious vibe. They let us have a room more suited for our needs, with a private pool :)) Room was super clean, light, bed was good size and very soft and comfy (unlike most beds in Thailand perhaps), nice outdoor area and design details you just want to take home! The beach is a 2 min walk across the road between a pond and a cute park. Also- massage session was amazing as well as the food! I’d recommend anyone to stay here and hope I will be back soon!

The Beach is very close from the hotel, it’s quiet and clean. It’s far from Patong which is kind of main night market in Phuket, but it’s not bad if you don’t like crowded beaches

A little gem
Stayed for 10 nights enjoyed every minute, staff were excellent, friendly, too many names to mention. Breakfast was varied a lot to choose from, Auddy seemed to be there with her smile all the time. Rooms very good bed was a dream to sleep in could have done with firmer pillows i should have asked. Only thing missing was a shortage of drawers to put clothes in, i mentioned it to the manager he agreed there looking into it. Just 500yds from the beach which was good. I found the drinks a little expensive like all Hotels. Reception staff excellent if you needed anything they sorted it out for you.

This is not the standard for top notch expectation - hotel - grand suite room is soulless - feels very empty - Pros- the staff were fantastic The kind of place you may only appreciate if you keep expectations very low

Vi bodde endast 1 natt Hotellrummen är jätte fina och känns väldigt lyxiga. Personalen är underbar och väldigt serviceminded! Allmänna poolområder är ganska litet och få platser i sol. Frukostmatsalen kändes liten i förhållande till antal gäster och det blev lite rörigt. Området som hotellet ligger i var så där… det är gång avstånd till stranden men det var mycket folk och kändes lite sjabbigt. Man måste gå över en väg och en stor parkeringsplats för att komma till stranden. Vi hade en tvåvåningshus svit som var väldigt fin men utsikten var sådär- grön men lite instängt mellan andra byggnader.

It was disappointing. The food options were not good, the beds were excruciatingly hard, our back were extremely sore, the top bar and restaurant was closed, the spa was not open. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay. Staff always helpful and they were always ready to assist us with any questions/requests. Even helped book some last minute activities for us. Outrigger Surin Beach exceeded our expectations and defiantly returning again.

The best service we received in Thailand this year
Spent three nights here in March and I was extremely impressed by the quality of the rooms and especially the kindness of the staff. Their breakfast is À la carte, the portions are quite small, but the food is really good and you can order as often as you like during the set breakfast hours. The hotel is located across a park / parking from Surin beach, which (I didn't know this) is a surfers' beach. They have a modern pool and a really nice Happy Hour around 6 PM each day. What really stood out for us though was the impeccable service provided by the staff during our stay - a special thanks to Plug (who checked us in) and Guide (who took care of all of our needs during our stay), they truly epitomize what gracious Thai service is all about. A big, BIG thank you to everyone for a stellar stay!

We LOVED our stay at Outrigger. We weren’t quite sure what to expect given the recent remodel and covid-related travel restrictions but here are some highlights: Location - We loved staying on Surin beach. We debated a resort with a private beach but this turned out to be even better. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach, where you can rent a chair for 100 baht and feast on fruit shakes and street food. The vibe is more relaxed than the more developed beaches (kamala, kata, karon, patong) with food stalls instead of brick-and-mortar restaurants, though there’s not much in the way of nightlife. The water is pretty clear and the beach clean. 7-11 is just around the corner. Amenities - The resort was recently renovated and has a fresh, clean feel with really beautiful design elements. A few things about the quality of construction could be better, but nothing was outside of an acceptable range. The pool shower didn’t function and our A/C worked just okay, but these did not impact the enjoyment of our stay. The restaurant offered somewhat generic western food (steak, pasta, etc). For the free breakfast, you order aka carte off the menu which includes excellent espresso drinks. Service - The staff were absolutely incredible to go above and beyond to meet our every need. We highly recommend this hotel! The value for money is great. In our experience, this was better than a big resort that would have been 3x the price.

Staff were very friendly & willing to accommodate our disappointments with the hotel. Our hotel transfer didn't turn up due to a car accident,we had to arrange this at the airport,cost more & funds then came from our cash flow.Ibrahim & staff greeted us & apologised.Our room was a large suite costing $172AUDpn the AC didn't work,we changed to another smaller room which had a private pool.We asked to be compensated but was told the room is more expensive.The pool was dirty with foliage,paint from the building,pool lights floating in the water.A voucher for dining in the restaurant was given.Breakfast was good,fruit was room temp.Last day I went to take some fruit back to room & was told no.A lady I had seen everday took food back to her parents in a container,handful of pastries etc.When I questioned this was adv she paid extra for A la Carte,she was eating the same food from the buffet.The hotel provided pool towels,we waited two days before the towels came in & one staff mentioned the Germans don't like to spend money. Noc at reception did everything within her capability for us to have a pleasant stay, to which we are grateful. She arranged for our return transfer to the airport which the hotel paid for. Jay in the restaurant was also pleasant & provided good service also at the pool bar. The hotel desperately needs some money spent on it.The room next to us had the ceiling caved in & the pool was not clean.Tiles around the pool edge were loose.Close to beach,supermarket

Very old property, bed was terrible unclean looking private plunge pool room. Would not go back. Staff on other hand were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly and professional

Hotellet är fräscht och med en mycket serviceminded personel.Läget på hotellet med närhet till allt utan att man blir störd av trafik. Det enda minus är att vissa rum som ändå ligger i kategorin deluxe helt saknar fönster och garderober. Vi har bott två gånger tidigare och fått dessa rum , personalen har dock efter någon dygns vistelse gått med på att man får byta rum.
