Ideally located near the A31 and RN4 highways, the property is just 10 minutes from Toul, 30 minutes from Nancy, and 1 hour from Metz. It's the perfect base for exploring the treasures of Lorraine: the cathedral and fortifications of Toul, the famous Place Stanislas, the vineyards of the Côtes de Toul, hiking trails, cycling routes, local cuisine, and the expertise of the region's artisans.

The château is also a wine estate producing Côtes de Toul AOC wines. The Loevenbruck family wines are available for purchase on-site, and vineyard tours and tastings can be arranged depending on the owners' availability. This charming 37 m² cottage has been designed to offer all the comforts of home in an authentic and welcoming setting.

On the ground floor, you'll find a pleasant, light-filled living area, combining a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area with a television, desk, and wood-burning stove—perfect for cooler evenings.

Upstairs, the bedroom, furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), invites you to relax. It features a large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The two levels are connected by a beautiful solid wood staircase, which adds to the cottage's unique character.

Fully furnished in the style of traditional Lorraine houses, this charming cottage captivates with its authenticity, fine materials, carefully chosen furnishings, and numerous decorative details. The accommodation is perfectly equipped for both short and long stays: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, ample storage space, and everything you need for independent living.

For your comfort, the service is all-inclusive: beds made upon arrival, linens and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included, and utilities included. Electric heating is included up to 25 kWh per day; beyond that, consumption will be billed based on meter readings. The accommodation is not accessible.
