“The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

“This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but...

“This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!”

“Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Sapa, it's not on the flat part of the city, just a easy and little hill to climb. Nice staff, big hall to use in case you have some waiting time. Bathroom and shower facility to use after your checkout.”
