“An amazing trip, Chongqing is truly a magical city. The biggest surprise of this trip was this hotel. They provided meticulous service and exquisite breakfast, which made me feel very warm. The hotel's bedding was also very clean and comfortable, and the design style of the room was very beautiful, reminding me of my time studying in Italy. Thanks to everyone who helped me during this trip!!!”

“Clean, great breakfast. The only thing that is weird is the door to the bathroom, which could not be closed. We tried to ask the staff to fix it but it is just not fixable.”

“Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. ”

“My air conditioning never worked - my room smelt like the plumbing was broken - it you want something cheap then do it! At least the bed was comfy!”

“The room was very clear, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I even lost my headphones and they kept it safe. Unfortunately the instructions were not very clear and I struggled a lot to find the entrance of the hotel as it is not in the ground floor of the building. Apart from that, very functional and well located.”

“Las camas son muy cómodas. Mi habitación estaba en unos de los extremos por lo que las mañanas fueron muy silenciosas, ademas de que el area no es comercial. El tener a tu disposición una lavandería ayuda bastante, sobre todo si ya tienes algunos días de viaje. El personal en general no habla mucho inglés, pero lo compensan siendo muy serviciales.”
