The property manager never even contacted me personally nor was I able to speak to any staff for a solution. The booking was accidentally made, and there was ample amount of time to find a solution, but I never heard from them.”

“Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

“Hotel consigliato nella zona più sicura di chicago (molti locali aperti e niente homeless al contrario del loop), si può girare il centro tranquillamente a piedi, la stanza è spaziosa e c è persino la lavastoviglie, si può chiedere piastra a induzione, i difetti (che comunque a noi non hanno pesato) sono colazione scarsa e ripetitiva e pulizie fatte raramente (però se mancano asciugamani carta igienica etc.alla reception provvedono subito)”
