The cottage is situated in a beautiful location near the Chřibská Kamenice River. The river lends the place a very romantic atmosphere, which is especially evident in the evening while sitting by the fire. Children are sure to appreciate the river as an ideal place to play. The cottage offers accommodations in two modernly equipped apartments, each with a separate entrance (guests do not have to encounter each other inside the cottage at all). Each apartment features a spacious entryway and a living room with a kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and refrigerator. The living room includes a dining area. The living room is also furnished with two sofas that can be used as comfortable, full-size beds. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with four beds and a bathroom (fully equipped with a shower and toilet). Each apartment has its own hot water heater. The first floor and bathrooms are heated by electric floor heating. The garden is naturally divided by the house into two sections, each designated for one apartment. Each apartment has its own fire pit in the garden with seating overlooking the river. Everything is brand new and furnished with the utmost emphasis on guest comfort and cleanliness. Access is via a separate private road. Each apartment has two parking spaces for passenger cars. The cottage also offers the option of connecting both apartments via a connecting hallway. The property is therefore suitable for larger groups of guests as well.
