“Staff was not very attentive or communitive.”

“Siamo arrivati di domenica e vi assicuro sembra una città fantasma, praticamente nesssuno. Comunpue l’hotel ben posizionato e tranquillo, molto gentili sia alla reception che il resto del personale, lo consiglio evitate di arrivare di domenica trovate molti ristoranti chiusi.”

“Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. ”

“I needed an ADA room because I am in a full leg cast. The room I paid for was ADA, but when I got to the room, the window did not have blinds or curtains, was street level and literally right next to the front entry. People could stand and easily look in the window. I expressed to the front desk that this was creepy and seemed unsafe (and bright, the parking lot lights!) so she moved me. The new room didn't have a shower so I was unable to safely get in it. The "breakfast" was tea, coffee or a...

“It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.”

Pero el cuarto dejó un poco que desear, el jabón ya estaba abierto, y las toallas de la ducha estaban todas manchadas (use una de secado rápido que llevó siempre conmigo) el aire acondicionado estaban todas manchadas roto como el armazón pero funcionaba perfecto. Y la traba de la puerta esa extra que tienen la mayoría, estaba rota no había un mecanismo para cerrar y sentirte un poco más segura”
