“After staying in downtown Christchurch for three nights it was really nice to spend a night in Sumner by the sea. We loved being there in the off-season. No crowds. Beautiful scenery. Great Indian Restaurant. Would definitely do it again.”

“Era in centro, il monolocale era nella Est tower al 5 piano. La stanza era grande e confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Aveva una grande finestra luminosa. Ci hanno riservato il parcheggio con una piccola spesa aggiuntiva di 15 Nz$. Lo staff è stato molto gentile.”

“Sadly this is one accomodation that we will not recommend. 2pm check in and the reception was home having lunch. The apartment was run down. Cupboards falling apart in bathroom. The electric blanket only worked on half the bed…it was freezing. Unable to tap and pay when Receptionist finally arrived and the fee was more than what we saw on Wotif. No beach view. The accomodation was down a long driveway. ”

“The idea of using real silos and all the green solutions are great (not sure if there are solar panels). The room was very clean, it is fully functional and the various solutions are very ingenious (e.g. the hot water pipe to heat the towels). The bed was comfy and the glass bathroom/shower is very nice to see. The kitchen had everything needed and fresh milk was left in the fridge. No cupboard is available (note for the owners: considering the very modern design you may want to have a look at...
