Case in affitto a Christchurch

“The house was beautiful and furnished to a high standard, the garden was lovely . Little more attention to cleaning as there were a lot of cobwebs in the dining room. Also windows need a little attention as they are peeling, and could have done with a clean on the outside”

“We had the best stay in this beautiful shepherds hut. The location was perfect, the position of the shepherds hut allowed for guest privacy while also offering wonderful views and outdoor space. The accommodation was perfect with everything you could need. Would highly recommend. ”

“Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you.”

“The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. The property details folder was on the...

“Perfect place and very quite lovely and cosy. Thanks Richard👍👍”

“Great host and property had a lovely stay”

“Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the...

“The house was clean, well equipped, and in a great location for exploring Poole and the surrounding areas. Communication was fast and helpful - recommended.”

“The house was recently tastefully renovated, extremely clean and in pristine condition in a very good location close to the shops of Westbourne and the beaches. The actual house was in an unusual situation in the grounds of a church hall next to a church - which wasn't evident in the description - there was plenty of parking. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the house. The garden furniture had not yet been delivered so we didn't use the garden which didn't matter as it was a...

“They were friendly and communicative and supportive when we addressed questions or concerns ”

“This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. The property...

“It is a very nice house over 3 floors and the location is very good for the town centre and harbour, however it was very very noisy from lots going on outside and someone had broken into a car displaying a disabled badge and smashed two windows, the street is narrow and you will do well to get in and out of the garage. Facilities at the house were very good but it's way over priced”

“Great house, very central and beautifully decorated. Team really responsive and lovely Comms. Thank you Joe and team.”
