- Newly built in 2022, this stylish property is in Friars Cliff with enviable access to the beach and the historic town of Christchurch, which offers a great selection of amenities. Why not spend the day crabbing at the nearby quay, or simply relax on the long stretch of golden sand? The border with the New Forest National Park is only 2 miles away, where you can explore a wide network of walking and cycling routes, taking in the spectacular landscape that this area is renowned for. For retail therapy head into Bournemouth (6 miles) and perhaps take in a show at the popular BIC or Pavilion theatre.
Adjacent to the owners’ home, yet with privacy assured, a private entrance door opens into a striking open plan space, which is flooded with natural light and has a beautiful polished concrete floor. There is space to relax in comfort beside the Smart TV or to enjoy leisurely meals at the table. Just next door is a contemporary galley kitchen and a shower room with wet room style shower and WC. Completing the accommodation is a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom, where you can glimpse the sea and have the beds arranged as a twin on request.
Although there is no dedicated garden for the property, you are moments from the beach and can also take a seat under an open veranda and enjoy your morning coffee.
