I had a great stay. It is safe and clean. The refrigerator might need some maintenance, because it never stopped running and froze my milk (even on the warmest setting). But overall, I was very satisfied.

Really wonderful staty...the reserved parking is invaluable in the area. Close to the CBD, and only 1/2 block walk to the Hop On/Off tourist team stop at the Quake City attraction. About 1 block away from large park which is great for runners. Apartments were well furnished and bathrooms great. Good bedding/linens and quiet would really recommend this as the place to stay in Christchurch.

Nice clean flat, easy walk to dining, shopping, and nightlife. Carpark was nice. The apartment we got was different and smaller than the picture - so be aware of that.

What a wonderful little apartment with everything what you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a separated bedroom, a living room with a huge TV, bathroom and a little balcony. Perfectly located near the center and the Botanical Gardens, so you can park your car and reach everything on foot. Super clean. highly recommended!

Comfortable fully equipped apartment that was in a great central location. Secure Free parking was an absolute bonus! Excellent communication for an after hours checkin. Would definitely stay here again

It was too small, especially the bathroom. Nowhere to sit and eat except a small table on the balcony but as it was raining we couldn’t go out there. No room for suitcases etc. We did like the cafe down on the corner so ate there often.

We stayed here for a week in February 2023 in a one bedroom apartment. The place was neat, clean and pleasant. The apartment was on the smaller side, but OK for two people. After hours arrival arrangements were simple and easy to manage. Appliances all worked as expected. Location is handy, quiet enough with parks nearby, but only a short walk to the city centre. The Christchurch Hop on Hop off Tram goes right past the front door. The compendium says most rooms are equipped with an independently controlled air conditioner. Ours was not, although the in wall heater did a good job. The bed and lounge were both comfortable. Good wifi is included with both download and uploads speeds around 300 Mbps. You’ll find Netflix provided too. Parking is secure and spaces easy enough to access. Many, but not all, parking spaces are undercover.

Centrally located and clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (4 adults). Apartments aren't serviced during stay, informed at reception that it's a non-serviced apartment, we were okay with this however this should be explicitly highlighted in the hotel info. section. Bathroom is also sheared with other guests in the apartment hence it should clearly state as such, bathroom is in the form on an ensuite however there is no lock on the ensuite door. Suitable for a family with young children.

The unit was very new which was great, however the size was small compared to what the photo looked like on the website and our TV connection through Vodaphone kept on falling out all the time which was very frustrating.

everything was great except for noisy guests opposite our room despite the management being called and their best efforts the guests continued to party until 3am. When we exited our room there was damage art work in the building a one of the guest wondering down the hall way just in his underwear at 9.30 am.

Well worth a stay
Very convenient location within easy walking distance of CBD, many restaurants by the Avon. Generous sized rooms and all facilities clean and in good condition. Very efficient communication about our late arrival with no glitches. Would stay there again.

Newly refurbished, and a beautiful job they did! Not a large room, I got the cheapest booking there was since I'd be working all day and only home to sleep. But everything that was needed, a great base for 2 people to go exploring from. With a balcony to enjoy in the evening. Perfect.
