“Room was clean and spacious. Great view of the lake from balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located just outside the downtown area making it a bit more peaceful. Right across the street is the bus stop if you don’t want to walk into the center of town.”

They looked very uninspired and when they told us a particular beer wasn’t available you could hear the full stop at the end of the sentence. A warmer reception and an alternative suggestion would have made the rating a 5 out of 5. ”

“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”
