“Accommodating staff, checked us in at 1pm without hesitation even though usual check in was 3pm. Room didn’t have any view but was clean, modern and spacious. Comfy bed, enjoyed a burger at Andy’s also in SkyCity and went for breakfast at the Fed over the road. Super location.”

“The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Both were clean. The beds were comfortable. The shared kitchen was clean and had enough supplies. The fridge was clean and safe leaving labeled food. Parking was bad. Limited parking to first in. Tight parking spaces. Property located on a hill. Walking to town took 10-15 minutes on way.”

“Enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great - close to attractions, but quiet. Staff were friendly. We didn’t go to the restaurant/bar, but it looked nice. The room was spacious, pillows were nice and they even had a pillow bar, bed was comfortable, everything was well decorated. Price was great. Even the lobby smelled nice. Great experience”

“We were there in summer and were underwhelmed by the location. The atmosphere was stunningly high-volume, impersonal. But, if you want in-and-out, sure. It's clean and paid parking works well enough. Staff seem to follow protocols, but the whole "Hi, guys" thing doesn't work well on 60-something-year-olds. .”

"Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente"
