“We had an enjoyable stay at Edgewater Palms in Paihia. The location is fantastic, and the apartment, while compact, had everything we needed. We stayed in Apartment 25, which offered a pleasant partial sea view. A minor drawback was that the lifts were out of service during our visit, which made getting to our Level 2 apartment a bit inconvenient. However, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage, which made a big difference. The infinity...

“The room and furniture were in poor shape. The kitchen smelt very musty and the teatowels were dirty. The pool had scum on the water, we didn't use the hot tub. Some patrons were extremely noisy past midnight and no one came to ask them to be quiet. I asked them myself and they did quieten down.”
