“The staff is really nice here, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, we were not notified in advance that the hotel is under renovation, so the hallways, elevators, lobby and the lobby seating were COVERED in drywall bits, construction dust, and debris! Like they aren't even making an effort to clean up at end of day. Upstairs the hallways were dusty, phones were unplugged, workers gloves were tossed around. “Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay.”

“Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. ”
