“Breakfast was a joke, not good! Coffee was discussing! Front desk folks pretended they did not even see us, the customers. Overall bad experience. Nice hotel in need of a new owner and better Management and staff. Will not stay in this hotel again!”

“Room was very clean, staff were nice and friendly. Parking was a little limited, but it was busy that weekend. Great distance to Va Tech Campus. Breakfast was not great as there were limited options due to a few machines not working and coffee was like water. Overall great experience ”

“Wonderful dining choices that we could easily walk to, and campus was just a short walk too. Our room was very clean and huge! Easy parking as well. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Blacksburg!”

“Room next to the elevators was horrible due to the fact they were terribly loud and grinding and needed service. Receptionist at night was brutal and rude. Morning staff were all wonderful, helpful and cheerful. Parking spaces were in abundance, breakfast was fresh with excellent healthy food options. Refuse any room that is by the elevator and switch hotels.”
