“Theater on the Beach is clean (saw only a couple bugs but that’s to be expected in the Caribbean), well stocked, close to town, and has an amazing uncrowded beach. 5 stars all the way!”

“Great property with enough room for the entire family. We never felt crowded. The beach was about 30 ft out our back door. Perfect. There were a few stairs up then back down to get into the property ( I had my elderly dad with me., other than that it was perfect. The property had everything we needed ie. Linen, dishes, washer dryer ect.”

“We have visited St Croix numerous times but have never stayed in this area. We loved the location and loved the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Dee the host is great and answered all of our questions immediately. We will be back.”

“Leslie is awesome! The condo was recently renovated, and was nice and clean! The view is amazing!!!! Easy accessible drive to Christiansted and local restaurants and attractions. Condo has lots of beach toys for all ages. Enjoyed the week of warm weather, sunshine and relaxation.”

“Great location. Out of town but close enough to all the beaches , restaurants and fun activities the island has to offer. Also very close to the grocery store and multiple gas stations. Very safe. Loved being able to just sit on the porch or leave the porch door open while cooking or laying in bed and listen to the waves.Super awesome having 24hr. access to a beautiful beach and the ocean just a few steps outside of the apartment door. I love to take late night / early morning walks by myself...

“The condo was exactly as described. It was important to us to be right on the beach, and this certainly is. The communication with the owner before the trip was excellent, and an extremely helpful document was sent beforehand that provided great recommendations for snorkel tours, restaurants, etc. The on-site manager was immediately responsive when we had a question. The beach is peaceful with few people on it. We enjoyed being able to hear the sound of the waves constantly. The condo had...

“Had a wonderful stay. The only negative was the fact that the pool was closed. For me this was no issue as I came to be in the ocean, however my husband was very disappointed as he’s more of a lay by the pool guy. Condo was clean and well stocked ( however if you cook like me; you’re going to maybe want to bring your own chef knife). Overall wonderful stay. Would recommend ”

“The property was well maintained and felt relatively safe. My unit was updated, beautiful and very clean and comfortable. If I were to suggest one thing it would be to have some place to hang and/or store clothing. I didn’t really need it but it would’ve been nice to hang a few shirts and get other items into drawers or shelves. Perhaps my unit was so newly updated, they hadn’t gotten to that just yet. ”

“The property was a clean condo in a gated community just a mile or two from downtown Christansted parking. The pool was gorgeous, rarely occupied and had a distant view of buck island and the ocean. Check in and check out were easy, and the host is a great communicator. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay.”

“We stayed with Brooke at Coakley Bay and the time passed far to quickly. The condo has perfect views, plenty big being 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. Easy to find, Brooke was always available when we had questions. The diving was spectacular and dining was great. I recommend Dunigans for Lobster. The condo has a great pool that is warm and perfect for relaxation. We would buy the place if it were available.”

“We stayed here for a week. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and the private pool area was the perfect place sunbathe and stay cool. I would return.”
