“My room wasn’t cleaned daily, Monday my room wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom was wasn’t cleaned at all. I had sand in the tub from when I went to the beach on Saturday and there is still sand in the shower. I didn’t get any clean towels on Monday and had to call the front several time and finally received around 9 pm”

“Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets).”

“The breakfast service was extremely slow . They were only staff with three servers so it took about 30 minutes before some one recognized us . They did apologize. The hot food was quite cold . The gym needs some tlc , but on the whole the staff was great . I booked a deluxe room and should have received a bottle of wine upon arrival. “What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. Such a beautiful resort.”
