“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . Per la pulizia della camera passava l'inserviente solo se avvisavi ,più volte si e dimenticata il cestino dei...

“This was a home...like a really crappy airbnb only worse, owner didn't notify me of canceling my stay until i arrived, was high, lied about emailing me and giving me a refund. Def meth house vibes. Do not recommend lol”

“The people were nice, but the place was gross. Stains on the carpet, holes in the walls, bar music could be heard late at night and early in the morning. Also, there is not check in counter, you check in at the bar, so you are walking past people eating at their tables with your luggage to check in. Would not recommend. ”

“Great experience. Resort is continuing to show wear and tear and is in need of an upgrade. That being said, it was a wonderful experience and the staff and maintenance seem to be on the ball taking care of issues. Valets and staff out front are top notch and very courteous. The resort really enhances your time at the ski resort. ”

“Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.”

“the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often”
