Perfect for families, groups, or business travelers, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 6 and offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and calm.

To the left, you’ll find the dining area, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The space flows effortlessly into the cozy living room and modern kitchen. Large windows and a sliding glass door open to a private wraparound yard—ideal for enjoying fresh air and quiet moments. A laundry room is tucked just beyond the main living area for your convenience.

To the right of the entryway are all three bedrooms and a second full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for your entire group.

Beautifully remodeled home

This is a beautifully remodeled home in a quaint older neighborhood. My crew and I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. in Chula Vista, and only 20ish minutes from downtown San Diego. Communication with property manager was great!Would definitely stay here again!
