“Best Hotel”

“Some staff don't speak English well. The room was somewhat clean, although there was some debris on the sofa, and a soap envelope behind the sink. Bedding was clean. Some previous guest smoked in the toilet room, it had a lingering cigarette smell. In general OK.”

“This is definitely NOT a five-star hotel. They should lower their rating system. The room, carpet and bathroom is outdated. Plus they charge for the fitness gym and the sauna. I was shocked that 5 star hotel does not provide a free gym access. Also as a Expedia platinum member, they give you free welcome drink but it's only for take out. I asked the coffee shop employee if I could sit down and drink my coffee, and she said "No". She said I cannot sit down and drink my coffee, I can only...
