“La struttura è immensa, avrebbe giusto bisogno di una rinfrescata. Essendo arrivati tardi e pernottando solo una notte non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi disponibili, che sono tantissimi: spa, bella piscina esterna (credo riscaldata), sala giochi… Il plus: la bellissima la vista dal bar. ”

A local told me we could have walked down the road and over the footbridge into centre within 20mins. Wasn't told this and there was no local info said to us nor written, only plugging local eaterie in which they have an interest. “We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!”

“Property is in very old and damaged condition, you can hear the floor squeaks from everywhere, bar menu very poor, dinner even poorer, breakfast very dried and not fresh. My room wasn’t cleaned at all the, not even the bin emptied or fresh towels. Cleanliness wasn’t good. Everything inside and outside is old and rusty, besides the location this hotel has nothing good. Staff in the leisure centre bit rude”
