Mancanze in alcuni servizi (es. in 4 giorni di pernotto solo un giorno cambio biancheria e tappetino doccia). Molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria. In generale un B&B da consigliare. ”

“Hotel molto carino in pieno centro con arredamento classico della zona. Bello il giardino dove si può mangiare e la sala colazione. Unici nei sono stati la camera al secondo piano senza ascensore e con scale strette che hanno reso non troppo agevole la gestione bagagli ed un bagno un po' datato ma nell'insieme positivo sicuramente. ”

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata, accolti da un’atmosfera calda e familiare. Le foto sul sito valevano già molto… ma la realtà è ancora più suggestiva. Avevamo una quadrupla con le due stanze comunicanti, perfettamente curate: arredi accoglienti e la pulizia impeccabile — ogni dettaglio sembrava pensato per farci sentire “a casa”, ma in un contesto...

“From the moment we arrived at The Vale Hotel, we were made to feel completely at home by the wonderful young owners. Their warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every facility was impeccable, clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail. “Our room was very comfortable. We stayed with friends (6 other couples). We all had a great time and were well looked after. The bar staff (I think one was named Oliver, or Olly) who stayed back late to prepare our drinks for new years were great, helpful and in good spirit. We used the facilities (swimming and gym): all very adequate (the pool is not deep, but a good length. Food was fine, but importantly service was good. ”

“The location of the hotel in the village of Crudwell is very beautiful and charming, and overall our stay went well. The room was fairly spacious, although there are several aspects that could be improved. The hotel in general feels a bit dated and not particularly clean. Breakfast was not very satisfying and lacked attention to detail. The owners, however, are kind and welcoming.”
