“Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! ”

“The hotel is just across a stunning beach, close to the Salt Museum where people gather for free mud baths. A pleasant walk to the central part of Pomorie. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The place is new, equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. Great sea view from the balcony. Best of all - the owner and the staff - friendly, professional and reliable, excellent communication! Cannot wait to visit them again! Thank you!”

“The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing. The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine. The breakfast is poor and not good. The swimming pool is really nice.”

“This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! ”

“Sono rimasto deluso dalla scortesia del personale di sala durante le 2 colazioni. Inoltre bisogna pagare se vuoi un Cappuccino!!!! Solo frutta sciroppata!!! No frutta fresca o no spremuta di arancia, al contrario di un normale 5 stelle. Parcheggio extra a E7,5 al giorno, ma devi parcheggiare da solo ed inoltre lasciare le chiavi alla reception, xké si parcheggia in seconda fila, data la scarsità di parcheggio nel sotterraneo.”

“In generale l'albergo evidenzia carenza di manutenzione. Inoltre ho prenotato una Junior suite per tre perso specificando che mio figlio ha 16 anni e mi sono ritrovato una camera enorme con un solo letto matrimoniale e dopo qualche insistenza è stata aggiunta una miserrima brandina. Ma siamo impazziti!!! Inoltre dopo tre giorni mi è stata cambiata la camera perchè quella che mi era stata data aveva dei problemi di acqua.”
