“The staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. One staff member even helped us top up our bip! Card and sort out the best bus route. The room was fine. Location was central, near public transit. ”

“The hostel is just OK. However, it is located in one of the dirtiest parts of town but what really pissed me was that on the last day of 2018 it was not possible to leave the luggage after the check out although there was plenty of space for it. I would have left it there only a couple of hours. Because of that, I had to go to the beaches of Vina del Mar with my luggage! Service makes a difference and this was a nonsense. ”

“Dealbreaker for most people: not only does the dorm not have outlets by the beds—it only has one double outlet for the whole room of 4 beds (and it’s up high where you can’t set your phone on anything). Buy a power strip, guys! I had another stay here where I was in a private room and that was quite nice. Great location. You need to bring your own towels and padlocks for dorms. (They theoretically had towels for rent but they weren’t available when I was there.) no AC, just fan. Half front desk...
