However, it is located in one of the dirtiest parts of town but what really pissed me was that on the last day of 2018 it was not possible to leave the luggage after the check out although there was plenty of space for it. I would have left it there only a couple of hours. Because of that, I had to go to the beaches of Vina del Mar with my luggage! Service makes a difference and this was a nonsense. ”

Therefore, unless hotels.com acknowledges they made a mistake and promptly refunds my payment, I will consider this a scam on the part of hotels.com and will take appropriate legal action.”

“Hotellet slitet, men allt funkade. Internet, aircondition, varmvatten. Det enda var att frukosten serverades efter 08.00 eller senare och att man bara fick ett bröd per gäst. Generöst med smör. Det ingick även cornflakes och mjölk. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet kändes mycket tryggt och lugnt och det låg mycket bra till mitt i Barrio Italia men på en tyst gata. En underlig sak dock var att hotellet drog hela beloppet när jag bokade. Dom ska enligt hotels inte dra några pengar på...

O quarto eh grande e limpo e os funcionário sempre estavam atentos a todos os detalhes e necessidades do hóspede. Rooftop com vista pros andes e sky costanera alem de ser menos de 10 mins do metro baquedano. Super bem localizado, no coraçao do bairro bella vista, onde tem toda nightlife de Santiago. Tudo impecável. Super recomendo e voltaria.”
