“The hostel is just OK. However, it is located in one of the dirtiest parts of town but what really pissed me was that on the last day of 2018 it was not possible to leave the luggage after the check out although there was plenty of space for it. I would have left it there only a couple of hours. Because of that, I had to go to the beaches of Vina del Mar with my luggage! Service makes a difference and this was a nonsense. ”

“Location location location, provedencia is a place to be! If I was going to live in Santiago I would live here. The hostel itself is nice and friendly, I found it to be very safe. The breakfast available is good, self serve, although I never had the dinner it is available for free as well. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking, in fact every thing is within walking distance. TIP- use Uber instead of taxi!”
