“The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit! ”

“Very nice place beautifully situated between the two volcanoes. Convenient access to the falls and to Osorno. The staff is extremely helpful, helping me fix my tyre pressure and clean off some dirt from my luggage. The rooms are bright and clean. Only note: the walls ARE thin. So if you are a light sleeper, you may need earplugs just in case.”
