“The major downfalls were the room was kinda musty smelling from the air conditioner fan not being left on between guests and the refrigerator was not cold so i could not refreez my ice packs for my cooler,and there is no air movement in the halls it was like a sauna”

“I highly recommend a Business Suite, with a skylight in the living room and a huge bedroom. Everything is fresh and up to date. Lots of restaurants and a large mall near the property, and a mile to the extensive bike trail system along the river. I really enjoyed my stay. ”

“Our stay was nice. The room was clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. There was something on the bedspread, I took it down to the front desk, she appologized and got me a different one. When I got back it was on that one as well. I took it back, we decided it had to be something that got in the wash because they'd been washed and looked the same. the last one had it as well, but we just didn't use. We didn't need it. “The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating, and we’re very friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the gal at the front desk during our stay and talked with her frequently. She was kind and answered her many questions with Grace kindness, and empathy. The dining room was always very clean and every time I would come back from the wedding staff was always eager to greet and ask about my day. I would stay here again, simply because of the staff interactions alone.”
