“El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo.
La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...

“We walked into the hotel at 8pm. There was a single person working the front desk. She was doing the best she could but a long line had formed. Their was a smell of smoke in the entryway. “Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor.
