Hotel sulla neve a Cina del nord

“Hotel was good but internet was not working, not any commonly used app and any classic information research with the browser, it was all blocked, while with the mobile data it was working perfectly. It could have been a big problem if I had to work. It “might be a China problem” but the staff had mostly a non-existing English, they were not able to make it work or to explain why. Not sure if this is acceptable from an international chain of hotels, maybe they should print some paper with clear...

“The service at this hotel is truly impressive! During check-in, the front desk staff went out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Since we arrived late and all the nearby liquor stores were closed, they kindly surprised me by delivering a bottle of Chilean red wine! The room itself was spotless and cozy, with bedding so comfortable I slept like a dream. Breakfast was a delight too. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I’d definitely come back next time! ”
