“Ottimo hotel, però ritengo poco sensato dover fare la coda per accedere alla colazione e d essere accompagnato al tavolo per poi dover chiedere 3 volte di avere un caffè. Tanto personale per nulla.”

“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”
