⏰ The concierge desk operates daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM only. Guests arriving outside these hours will be assisted the following day during operating hours.

Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of whether they are staying overnight. We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure that your experience in our smoke-free unit is as comfortable as possible.
