Location is great! A little tough with the drive way situation but was most likely only an issue because we stayed for three months and have family in town so hard to have any visitors with cars. Otherwise, Pippin was extremely responsive and the home worked out well for our family of 4 while we looked to buy in the area. The neighbors are very nice and the street was quiet. We loved the walkability to the square!

Perfect craftsman for a family home away from home

The house was wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed. Our hosts were proactive and quick with correspondence. The location was perfect for walking to Ault Park and both Mt Lookout or Hyde Park Square.

We had a great stay!!

We were traveling with our 2 children, 6 and 2 years old. The house is extremely charming and we found it to have everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable as a family. From the pack n’ play, to the high chair to the humidifiers - we continued to be pleasantly surprised whenever we had a family need and found something in the house to fill it. It was a pleasure to meet Pippin as we were leaving. He is a very kind and attentive host!

Well-stocked, lovey home in a great location!

Loved our stay in Pippin & Jenny's home! No need to bring your own shampoo, soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. - the house was well-stocked upon arrival. The house was immaculate and so charming. It's in a great location too, close to Xavier University, the University of Cincinnati, local shopping, and even downtown Cincinnati is close by. Also, worth mentioning is the fact that we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house late one evening. Pippin was there within 15 min of my text to him to personally let us in. Incredible home and hosts here!

The home is beautiful. The neighborhood is beautiful. The neighbors were super friendly. The shops are cute and fairly close. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and super sweet! Very welcoming overall. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great Easter Weekend of Baseball

For the first time being away from home on Easter, we came in to town to watch our son who plays baseball at Xavier against Bowling Green over Easter weekend. Pippin and Jenni’s House was a terrific place to spend our Easter. We had my son and his teammate over for Easter brunch. Are very quiet street/neighborhood, and extremely convenient to Hyde Park, as well as Xavier University. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place! We will absolutely stay there again.

Great House in a Great Location

The house is located in a secluded street and all the houses look like English cottages. Within a few minute drive, you are close to many stores and restaurants. I knew very little about Cincinnati but was told Hyde park is a very safe area and great place for walking around (stores, parks, etc). It truly is. My family and I enjoyed the area very much. The house itself is well kept and was perfect for my family of 4. Totally recommend.

We enjoyed the welcoming home. The host provided all the things we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and all the decor was beautiful. The Cutest Little House!

Adorable, clean, safe, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for 6 days! This home is an ideal little 'cottage' tucked away on a quiet street in one of the best neighborhood's in Cincinnati. The kitchen was perfect, the beds comfortable! My favorite place was the living room - so cozy! Thank you Pippin and family!

Amazing rental, highly recommend

We loved this house! Excellent location, safe walking distance to Hyde Park square, or Mount Lookout. Extremely clean house with all the “extras” you need. Beds and pillows were very very comfortable which is always my number one issue- I have no complaints. Well furnished and decorated - a lovely home all around. The hosts were very accommodating, looking forward to staying again with my family.

This home is tucked away in a lovely Cincinnati neighborhood. Property was exactly as advertised in the listing. Everything was clean and ready for us at check in time. The home itself had everything we could need for a comfortable weekend stay. We had a question when we got there, and the owners were only a phone call away. Close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
