The space is filled with a new queen mattress, queen sleep sofa, and twin sleeper sofa love seat, along with new carpet on the second floor and beautiful solid wood furniture throughout. Nothing is lacking in the full size kitchen or 2 full baths. The grounds have ample off-street parking, with 2 reserved spaces. Monitored alarm.
The space
The first floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen with island, a dining area with seating for 6, and a living room outfitted with a new queen sleeper sofa, a rocking recliner, new 65in 4K smart TV, a 5.1 channel surround sound system w/ bluetooth, and an electronically controlled gas fireplace. The first floor also features a full bath, pantry, and an entry with a coat closet.

The second floor also features an open floor plan, consisting of a seating area -- with a sofa sleeper love seat, 40in 4K Roku TV, and a gas fireplace -- a dedicated workspace with desk and ethernet, a walk-in closet, a built-in armoire, a sleeping area -- with a queen bed and a 32in 1080p Roku TV -- as well as a full bath that includes a double vanity, a large walk-in shower with dual showerheads, as well as a full-size washer and dryer.

The carriage house has a monitored fire and burglar alarm system with smoke, heat, and CO sensors. There is only one entrance.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the carriage house, with the exception of the basement, which is not at all available to guests. There is ample storage space on the first two floors of the house.

Guests will have two reserved parking spaces immediately next to the carriage house entrance; more spots can be made available if needed.

Additionally, guests may have shared access to the greenhouse on the property. Please, refer to the house rules for more information.
Other things to note
We have children who will often play outside, riding bikes in the driveway and parking lot, playing ball in the front yard, etc. In no way should they pose a nuisance to guests, but it is important to understand that they will be around, especially as guests drive on the property.
