* Candeggiamo tutte le superfici e le lenzuola, utilizziamo ampiamente spray disinfettanti e abbiamo installato filtri HEPA.

Viste incredibili su un ponte privato con vista su OTR e sul centro. Con un ampio cortile, una comunità sicura e affiatata e 1 parcheggio fuori strada carrabile, è perfetto per coppie e famiglie che hanno bisogno di un cortile e spazio per distendersi.

Situato a 3 miglia dall'Ospedale Good Samaritan, dall'Ospedale Mercy, dall'Università di Cincinnati, dall'ospedale medico di Cincinnati e dal Christ Hospital. Cammina fino all'università di Cincinnati, FC Cincinnati o prendi il tram per il fiume per una partita di Reds o Bengals. Il mio arredamento è semplice e facile con molti toni naturali e un mix di mobili nordici e nordici con lussureggianti piante da interno sparse ovunque.

Questo è un monolocale elegante e accogliente in un duplex di 2 appartamenti situato sul lato della collina di Bellevue sul bordo del Reno. È molto più sicuro delle aree circostanti perché le due strade hanno un orologio di quartiere molto attivo e tutti gli edifici sono stati recentemente rinnovati. I miei vicini sono imprenditori, giovani famiglie professionali, professori e studenti dell'Università di Cincinnati. È una delle poche proprietà a Over the Rhine con una vista fantastica, un parcheggio fuori strada e un ampio cortile. C'è un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e un materasso ad aria queen size per gli ospiti extra. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, microonde, forno e piano cottura. Una lavanderia è disponibile e condivisa con l'altro appartamento. C'è un mazzo privato dove si può godere lo skyline di Cincinnati.

In soli 10 minuti a Findlay Market, un'azienda vinicola urbana, Northern Row Brewery e Rhinegeist Brewery. Puoi prendere il tram al Rhinegeist Brewery e portarlo fino agli stadi Reds & Bengals sul lungofiume per $ 1. Appena in cima alla collina si trovano l'Università di Cincinnati, l'Hebrew Union College e gli ospedali. Tutti situati a circa 1 miglio di distanza.

Very communicative

Great, large studio with a very responsive host. Even had food and water dishes for our dog. Loved the little lizards everywhere outside. The EV charger was definitely very helpful.

What a nice hidden gem. Nice clean apt. Bring ear plugs tho, the freezer made strange noises the whole night. Love the back deck area! We had a lovely dinner out there, listening to chick cores “my one and only love”. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for my husband & I to stay the night before we continued our road trip. The place is small but that’s all we needed, it was clean and we enjoyed the back deck. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again.

Cozy, clean, comfortable

Ben's property was just as advertised, and he was very responsive. The bed was comfy, everything worked, and the street was a super interesting little enclave in a funky area of town. We walked our dogs and read all the signs about the history of the neighborhood. The little yard was very clean and well manicured and perfect for our small dogs. The location was excellent for our wedding plans downtown. We were never more than 10 minutes from anything we wanted to do or visit, including the zoo/botanical gardens and the awesome riverfront!

Very Clean and Great View

We just needed a place to stay for an event in Cincinatti, and this was perfect. Very clean and good location, very close to UC campus. The unit is downstairs, so we did hear footsteps above at night but was not bad. Great place for our little dog, had a very nice yard which is unusual for that area.

Consistently Comfortable Stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times on my drive from MI to TN and am never disappointed. If you have time to explore the neighborhood, there are many neat bars and restaurants popping up.

Staycation

Location was great…close to downtown and Clifton but very quiet. It’s a cute studio apartment. Communication was great with owner. Kitchen essentials were sparse which made cooking difficult. Very few utensils, no dish towels and only one pot. Great for a quick get away with little to no cooking involved.

Cute Studio Apartment

The property inside was so cute. Just the right size for a couple. Bathroom could use a bit more shelving for toiletries. The way down to the entrance and back up to the parking was difficult because of the old steps and no decent hand railing. The location is in a transitional neighborhood... no little cafes or eateries in walking distance. Not sure about Uber or taxis, so I figure you need to be prepared to drive everywhere. It would have been nice to have a directory or an email about what is close by for food delivery or anything else about the neighborhood offerings.

Super cool hidden gem!

Lovely little spot tucked away in the city. Loved the assigned parking and easy in and out. Inside was simple, but beautiful. The deck had a lovely view and lots of seating. A gopher greeted us in the morning from the yard. Would absolutely stay again.

The place could not have been any cleaner.

I have one complaint about this place, and it’s that we weren’t able to stay here even longer. The AC was flowing when we entered. The place was SPOTLESS. Even the towels were folded to perfection. It’s the perfect size for just the two of us. Thanks to Ben for helping us out, and responding right away whenever we reached out to him. Lovely lovely stay.

What a gem!

This is a good Miquelon and cozy studio in a neat and quiet neighborhood in the midst of urbanity. Walking the neighborhood was a treat, seeing historic properties renovated with creativity but adhering to tradition. The view was fabulous, the city skyline with a peek of one of my favorites- Union Terminal. My traveling companion, a dog was comfortable and enjoyed the nice back yard. Thank you for hosting us and giving the historical bonus. Great job!

Worked for me!

Exactly as described, deck and outdoor space is what we wanted and it delivered! We don't have pets, but the place was "pet friendly" with a sleeping mat, dog bowls and access to a yard for walking the dog. All systems functioned well. You can hear people upstairs walking around, but it wasn't too loud (Not sure if they are residents or guests in the upper apartment, but they were peaceful folks) The immediate neighborhood was nice, but you had to drive to find a grocery or restaurant or walk to a bus stop a few blocks away and take mass transit. I would book here again if staying in Cinci.

Great Place

Great studio unit, thoughtfully decorated and outfitted. Very dog-friendly, including a dog bed. I loved the private balcony/deck with a nice view of downtown. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful Clean Studio

Wonderful location, clean, exactly as described in listing. Owner provided excellent information upon booking as to the area and other attractions. Enjoyed fireworks, we stayed near 4th of July, also listened to a concert from the deck. Very pleased with this booking and plan to return to one of the properties in the future.
