“Great stay!”

“Very helpful reception staff. Room is clean and pleasant. ”

“Very clean room, extremely helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast! ”

“Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. ”

“This was the unforgettable stay I have tried in my multiple trips. The location wasn’t comfortable, the receptionist at first gave us the room with a hole in the shower area, fridge that was old, the room wasn’t smoked free. If I haven’t asked to give us a newer and more comfy room he won’t. Breakfast was included, but hey, even the taste of the coffee can’t be given 5stars. OveraLL, i didn’t like my stay in this hotel.”

“Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room.”

“Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place”

“We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on...

“I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude. ”

“Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :(”

“A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, ”
