“Buon albergo vicino agli città. Reception molto cortese che si è sbattuta per una nostra richiesta. Camere piano terra comode con accesso facile al parcheggio. Buona la colazione. Pulito e confortevole”

“I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of good food. Our stomachs were well filled! I highly recommend this hotel!”

“Bathroom was separate from the sink. The taps were impossible to open and turn. Lighting in the room consisted of bare lightbulbs.”

“Everything about the room was excellent, service at the front desk was great as well as the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast service was poor at best, only one waitress who was constantly apologizing for the slow service as she was alone, we ordered pancakes as they looked appetizing. Poor choice as they were uneatable. The waitress did remove them from our bill but not the point as we were then out of time and still hungry. Did not like the breakfast service.”

“When I checked in, the front desk staff and manager were incredibly rude, degrading and mean to me. They claimed they could not find my reservation when I checked in at 4 o’clock and made me wait until 4:50 pm before I was able to get into a room, making me late for an online meeting. I also was not feeling well. And why I booked the room. They claimed they had no responsibility of not being able to find my reservation even though I supplied them with a copy of the receipt and my confirmation...

“I stayed there several weeks back , staff was great room was clean , unfortunately when I got home and unpacked my bag of snacks , a mouse had eaten threw them , I've left several emails but haven't heard anything back”
