“Wonderful, cozy stay at this property. The host gave us a warm welcome and was there to see us on our way out. It was in a nice neighborhood and loved that parking in the driveway was an option. Would gladly stay again!”

“Though driving in, the place concerned us as it looked like a throwback to the 70’s, but the small lobby was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, GREAT SHOWER, comfy beds, and nice amenities with bath items and keurig coffee maker. ”

“Staff and rooms were good. The waterslide was broken and repaired multiple times so should habe been monitored but there was a chip at the bottom missing that cut my foot and my sons lip where it had been patched multiple times.”

“The staff were all wonderful however the hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. I realize the property is undergoing change of ownership but the rooms are very dated and dark. The hot tub was quite shallow and difficult to enjoy and the parking felt sketchy. Beds are comfortable but no outside/outdoor space to enjoy. I hope that once the hotel is fully transitioned to Coast hotels the rooms and amenities will be more enjoyable for the cost.”

“Property was amazing other than we only found out when we got there, but the pool was unavailable, but the property had made arrangements with the hotel in the parking lot for all members to use their pool and so my kids didn’t miss out”

“Great property and so convenient to the airport! The noise level was perfect too after a long day traveling. Never even knew I was at the airport.”

“Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that affected our experience. When we first entered the room, there was a noticeable smell. We had to turn the air conditioning up to help air out the room, and thankfully the odor improved after a while. The first night, I was quite startled when a spider fell out of one of the bathroom towels. It definitely scared me. I covered it with a paper cup and called the front desk, and I do appreciate that a staff member came to remove it right...

“The staff were very helpful. The free breakfast was great. The location is very convenient in terms of being across the street from the train station and a very short ride to the downtown core and to Calgary Stampede. We were also able to walk to the university stadium which was also across the street and ate at a delicious BBQ restaurant that was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We didn't have a car but there is also plenty of free parking on site.”

“The air contionning was extremely loud and could hardly keep the room under 24 degrees and the bed was the most unconfortable I had in years as its on a spring base and the shower head was stuck on stream and not ajustable as it was broken I am not one to complain, ever, but this time I have to say something as they are for sure aware of issues and not addressing purposely”
