“Hotel di lusso molto bello. Le camere molto ampie e super accessoriate, letto comodissimo. La posizione è eccezionale praticamente al centro di tutto. Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“WE were blown away when entering our room. It was a full-on suite with 2 Q, complete kitchen, gigantic LR. Beautiful view and close to everything in the harbor.”

“The over all property was fine, our room was not. The bathroom had no outlets that worked. The ceiling near the sinks were low and i kepts bumping my head. The mirror above the sink is so low you can't see your face. The shower enclosure is extremely small for the size of the bathroom. There wasn't anywhere to set your needed items to take a shower. There was a tv in the room, however you couldn't see it from the bed. The breakfast was lovely. Hopefully other rooms are better than the...

“Un hotel 3 stelle che ne merita anche 4. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e molto solerte nelle pulizie e nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Posizione eccellente, di fronte al Parlamento e comodo sia per il trasporto pubblico che per ristoranti, negozi e passeggiate lungo il porto.”

“Very noisy. The windows have a poor STC rating and you can hear people talking on the street from the 15th floor. Lots of bus traffic on surrounding streets and you must turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it. Also the entry door was undercut by 3/4" thus letting in air and hallway conversations. The building needs some upgrades to make it quieter. Staff was 5 star.”

“La struttura, di per sé, avrebbe un grande potenziale, se facessero lavori di ammodernamento. Nelle condizioni attuali sembra di essere nell’Inghilterra degli anni ‘60...senza aver fatto alcuna pulizia nel frattempo! Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche perché le finestre sono state lasciate aperte (e non si potevano chiudere senza arrampicarsi sul letto). Lucernario non completamente oscurabile, con luce negli occhi dalle 5 di Condizioni decadenti e pulizia scarsissima.”

“Clean renovated rooms. Breakfast room was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The exterior of the building needs a paint job and some update on the landscaping. ”

“My room flooded and was caused apparently from another rooms bathroom leaking. They did not even send someone up to mop up the water. My laptop, AirPods, backpack, and chords/chargers were wet, and I have to pay to get my computer checked as some keys aren’t working. They gave me one night off my final transaction, and upon asking if there was anything else they can do for me, the manager said “one night is already a lot.” Disappointed, I come in April every year and usually enjoy it and...

“Very good hotel to stay in Victoria. Just few steps from dowtown, quiet zone, lots of restaurant and facilities nearby. The staff was kind and helpfull.”
