“Lovely hotel, stayed here as close to relatives in Burton. Didn't have breakfast as left early hours for the airport ”

“visto il numero esiguo di hotel in zona, è una scelta quasi obbligata. Ho dovuto tirare la valigia su per una rampa di scale sbilenche ma il letto era pulito. La signora al check in è stata molto gentile, gli altri due ragazzi in reception al check non mi sembravano per niente motivati invece. wifi ottimo.”

“For a 500 year old buiklding it is still a really great place to stay. Large bedroom & bathroom. Lots of tables in the dining areas & good menu choice. Massive carpark, a very big plus when booking. This is what swayed me. Shops & cafes near by if required.”

“Stayed for one night as was attending a meeting with a late finish. Check-in was simple and professional. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with lovely toiletries supplied. More than enough coat hangers and wardrobe space for my needs. But it’s the staff that I really wanted to talk about…. As I said, I was attending a meeting at the hotel which didn’t finish until well after 9pm. I hadn’t been able to have anything to eat for prior to the meeting, so...

“Rummet var av relativt enkel standard, men rent och hade sköna sängar. Hörde ingen trafik, eller andra störande ljud. Den hade allt, förutom en toalettborste. Frukosten var bra. Man fick beställa den varma maten, vilket gör att den inte står i rumstemperatur. Det tog ca 10-15 minuter att få maten serverad och då var vi där under en helg med mycket folk. Medans fixade vi kaffe, rostade mackor och åt av den kontinentala buffén. Trevlig personal också, så vi kan absolut tänka oss att bo här igen...

“The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi. The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit. We will definitely be back again soon!! ”

“My daughter & I had a lovely stay! Comfy beds and clean room! Plenty of parking space! We didn’t have food as we were meeting my other daughter for a meal in Nottingham! Would definitely stay again!”
