“Worst hotel experience we have had in Indonesia. Bath leaked on the floor, strong smell of sewer/sewer gas in bathroom and room, dirty crib mattress and crib. Dinner in restaurant was poor - we were the only customers and had to wait nearly an hour for food. Which was cold. Egg in soup was cold and undercooked. Breakfast was also bad. 30 minute wait for coffee. Half our food never came. Definitely would not ever return here. ”

“First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. The bathroom has black moldy sealant on the bottom corners...

“Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. “이틀치를 지불했는데 하룻밤만 자고 나왔습니다. 식당 조리사가 휴가라서 음식 제공이 전혀 안된다는 황당한 상황. 가져간 컵라면으로 저녁과 다음날 아침을 해결. 습도가 높은건 이해되나 bed sheet, towel 등 모두 축축해서 사용하기 어려울 정도. 방음이 전혀 안되어 옆방 손님의 얘기 소리 심지어 코고는 소리 까지...집사람은 한숨도 못잤다네요. 싼게 비지떡이란 말이 정확히 맞는 곳임. 안 자고 나온 하루치 숙박비가 전혀 아깝지 않네요.”
