“The house was very clean, updated appliances, nice mattresses. It is situated on a side street with occasional cars going by. It was quiet by bedtime. Good water pressure and hot water.
There is a Keurig coffee maker and pods. It would have been nice to have regular sugar packs instead of Sweet and Low. I loved the assortment of mugs and nice pots and pans.
The location was 20-30 minutes from scenic areas like Rainbow Springs and Crystal River. Dunnellon is to the North and has some unique...

“JJ was so kind and welcoming. We had a couple of family medical issues during our trip, and he was flexible with the dates of our stay and checkout. The unit we stayed in was very nice and well-appointed, and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. “Wow. This home is wonderful. Very clean, close to the river. Our dogs were very welcome here. We have 2 labs, and it can be difficult to find a rental that allows larger dogs. Jim and Sharon are fantastic !”

“Perfect for our family of four, 3 adults and one teen. We traveled specifically to kayak Rainbow River. The house was perfect for a weekend trip and very quiet. The fire pit was a great bonus for the chilly weekend. Property was exactly as listed; very clean too. The host was easy to contact, response time was quick. Zero complaints! ”

“Kim was a superb host! Helpful, available but not intrusive at all. The accommodation was clean, new, well equipped and in a lovely waterfront environment that transported me back to the many historical novels set in the south that I have been so enamored with. Beautiful old Florida with moss hanging from trees and beautiful bird songs abound. We enjoyed the nearby springs and rivers and had a lovely time.”
