Affitta questo 1 camera da letto 1 bagno Dunnellon affitto stagionale lungomare nella tranquilla vecchia Florida. The Birdhouse si trova a Dunnellon in Florida, sul pittoresco fiume Withlacoochee. L'intera casa è uno spazio aperto di 720 piedi quadrati, interni recentemente rinnovati con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto, un enorme portico con schermo per tenere fuori gli insetti, cucina completamente rinnovata con forno a microonde e tutti i piccoli servizi, TV a schermo piatto in la zona soggiorno; completamente climatizzato.
Dal molo è possibile vedere la confluenza dei fiumi Rainbow e Withlacoochee. La posizione di Dunnellon Birdhouse è a 15 minuti da Ocala Fl e Crystal River Fl. C'è un sacco di spazio libero sul retro per il parcheggio della barca.

La Birdhouse è ideale per la pesca o la nautica perché avrai un rapido accesso al fiume Rainbow, al fiume Withlacoochee e al lago Rousseau senza lanciare la tua barca. La pesca dal molo privato si è dimostrata efficace per gli ospiti con belle catture di spigola e pesce gatto. Ricorda Rilassarsi sull'amaca è sempre un'opzione.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Withlacoochee River Bird House! The location right on the river and the property was exceptional. The house was unique with its decor and had a lot of charisma and character. Very thoughtful touches to welcome guests. My pup loved it and didn’t want to leave! The host, Dana, was great and very kind. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The cabin was extremely cozy for my husband, myself, and our lab. We loved the yard and the dock that sat right on the river. We saw a couple of alligators in the river our first night, so I would not recommend jumping in! Dana was extremely helpful and even left a dog toy for our lab. We sat on the porch almost every night. It was perfect for our few days away.

The house and amenities were attractiveThe bed was not good for me. I have back issues and for some reason the bed set them off. My husband slept fine. My dog loved the fenced in yard and the house and screen room as she could play easily. Loved the screen porch and the areas for sitting in the yard. Just looking at the water was soothing. Walking the dog in the neighborhood presented many rundown homes which was sad to see. It was such a surprise given the Bird House and the attentiveness to that and some of the other properties. Hopefully the city will address some of the immediate area blight. Overall, we felt safe at the house and property and would recommend friend and family to stay.

Overdue and much needed get away. Very happy with our choice, will go back as soon as we can. Best view every morning from the porch w/the birds…. Location was near so many things. River was very peaceful and relaxing.

This was our 8th stay! It's such a relaxing and peaceful place. we fished off the dock and caught alot of little brim. Which we returned back to the river. Watched a baby gator eyeing us. It's truly a natural paradise! Enjoyed our coffee on the porch,while watching the cardinals,woodpecker,and hummingbird. Thankful for a few days there, but didn't want to leave there!Hope if God wills it we will be back!

What a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the place. Everything you need is there. The porch was a favorite hangout. We loved the large yard for exploring for our dog. Bed super comfortable. Easy access to springs and places to eat. We will be back, this place is a gem!

Peaceful Adventure

There are not enough words or space allowed to describe this wonderful destination. The Birdhouse and its owner, Dana, is one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. The house is so clean, comfortable and has everything you need. From the tasty goodies in our welcome basket to the expansive screened porch to watch the river flow by. Kayaks, a charcoal grill, hammock, firepit and chairs on the dock to sit and have your morning coffee. What a great place to unwind, unplug, relax and take in the beauty of nature. The proximity to everything you may need or wish to visit is perfect. We highly recommend for any time of year and will return again soon.

Didn't want to leave

This place is good for the soul. We could sit on the huge screened porch and the dock forever. Lovely, clean, secluded, and tranquil. Thank you, it was the perfect place to unwind and remind ourselves to slow down.
