“Overall, great stay!”

“Early morning, on Saturday 16th there were no proteins available at the breakfast room. There were some bread slices, pastries, waffles and some fruit, but no eggs or traditional breakfast meat of some type. It appears that they were understaffed that morning. I had to ask for some napkins because there weren't any in the napkin box. I didn't bother to go back for breakfast on Sunday. The room, bed, bathroom and towels were clean. “Staff members are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bibi checked on me to ensure everything was going well and to let her know if I needed anything. Maria is such a pleasure at breakfast—always smiling and friendly and so efficient in keeping everything stocked and ready for the crowd. The coffee is gratefully available at all hours.”

“Pain in the neck. Entire experience was aggravating. Water was turned off in the middle of the last night. No spare roll of toilet tissue, which was not a problem since we had no water the last day. Tiny room reminiscence of a small cruise cabin. No TV. ”

“Struttura nuova, pulita e ordinata. Personale molto cortese: dalla reception, alla piscina alla colazione tutti sorridenti e cordiali. Camere silenziose e spaziose. Un piccolo rimprovero: La stanza lavanderia con le lavatrici e asciugatrici (secondo piano) era sporca. ”

“The property was okay. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was fine, check-in was easy. There were a lot of small oversights that could’ve been fixed to elevate the room/stay. For example, the first body towel I used had a tear in it along with 2 hairs (not ours) attached to it, there were scuff marks all over the walls and mirrors that could’ve been touched with paint and the clock in our room was off by a few hours.”

“Rooms need significant updating ”

“They need an update. Nice people, but a rusty ring around the bath drain was off-putting, and the toilet paper was so thin as to almost be clear. The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice.”
