“Front desk Morning staff was polite, above and beyond accomodating to needs! Next day staff or even girl was snotty thi. Love the breakfast idea, could use yogurt bar, or gravy. Accomodating to my pets which is a decent pet fee so will be staying again. They did have construction blocked off area for pups to go to bathroom so hopefully they can build a small grassy area somewhere. Rooms clean, rest of staff polite. We will stay again in Redlands! Pool is small, but its all very clean”

“I’ve stayed at plenty of Motel 6 before, but this by far had to be worst one enough to leave my first review. Room had roaches, smelled like chlorine, and the bed was not suitable to stay more than one night. This property needs an upgrade and the staff deserves more to work in an environment like this. ”

“I have been sleeping in a recliner for 4 years due to knee replacement surgery as my bed is so uncomfortable and painful. I slept very well and peacefully in this bed. I am a short female and only 5' tall. The bed was a little high for me to get in;no fault of yours. I just went between the bed and nightstand, boosted up backwards and swung my legs up. The pillows were also nice and firm. My husband slept like a baby. Kirk checked us in ; a delightful fellow.. We came in contact with Asia (...

“A very nice clean hotel. Room ac was phenomenal during our stay. Loved it. Our only issue was breakfast, I'm not faulting the one cook/server/busboy. Towards the end of breakfast he was exhausted. I've noticed when I stay at other Residence Inns, they have the same staff level, except when it gets busy the management comes to buffet area and they all help out and keep everyone happy. This hotel for what ever reason did not. Other than eating my cornflakes out of a coffee mug using a plastic...
