“The property is undeniably beautiful, with immaculate gardens and elegant rooms that create a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. Breakfast was wonderful each morning, fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared.
However, for the price paid, several service issues were disappointing. Communication from staff was slow, and a significant problem with the shower drainage resulted in water pooling on the bathroom floor. Despite raising the issue and receiving assurances it would be addressed, it was...
